WELCOME TO SAKE MATTERS

Thanks for taking a look at Sake Matters.

A desire to offer a bigger contribution to the growing global Sake community, coupled with a break in my career and a global pandemic, has given me the opportunity to put this together. And quite simply I just love this stuff and want to share that with anyone who’ll listen.

Over the last two decades I have been a regular visitor to the amazing country of Japan and more recently I’ve been getting more and more involved in the world of Sake.

This blog is intended to document some of these experiences. Hopefully the picture quality will improve and I’ll get to grips with website aesthetics but right now this is primarily a platform for me to write, something I’ve been doing within the food and beverage industry around the world for some amazing brands over the last 25 years. 

So please pour yourself a glass of Sake, take a slurp or three and have a read. And please, do let me know what you think!
