Established in 2016, Tasting Trendies® portfolio has grown to include the very special Hong Kong Tasting Trendies® Sake Awards, the very first Sake competition in Hong Kong. 2021 was my first year judging with the TTSA Team.
2021 Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition
Fifty one judges (+ me) sipped, debated and deliberated our way through thousands of samples in the 13th Cathay Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition (HK IWSC) to ensure an authentic pan-Asian voice on the very best international wines, spirits, beer and of course Sake for the Asian market.

In 2023 Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition (HK IWSC) celebrated its 15th year. Reflecting the continued growth in global brewing, 2023 saw entries and award wins from not only Japan but the USA too.
