A Bit About Me
So, this is me, Will Jarvis. I finally decided to grab a hold of technology and write about something I love, Sake.
Now based in Hong Kong, I’ve been discovering Asia since 2004, Lonely Planet in one hand and more recently a choko in the other, soaking up (literally) as much Sake as I can.
A few qualifications (and perhaps a couple of Koku) later I feel confident enough to share some of this with you, so thanks for taking a punt on me. Happy reading, kanpai!
